Our crews excavated an area to relieve pressure on the outside wall to stabilize it.
They then drilled holes through the wall and installed earthen plates on the ends of the rods and some distance from the wall to provide a stable platform to pull the wall back.
Inside, jacks were installed to lift the house slightly to take pressure off the wall and allow it to move.
"C-channels" were installed on the end of the rods and the nuts on the rod ends were slowly and uniformly tightened to bring the wall back to a vertical position. The jacks were then removed lowering the house back down on its foundation.
